"Rasheed" is a technical platform owned by Al-Rashidun for Law and Legal Consultations. The platform aims to facilitate access to legal and advisory services. By using the application or creating an account, you acknowledge your full and binding agreement to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Privacy Policy and Data Collection
We at "Rasheed" are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Collected data
Includes name, mobile number, and email address for account creation and verification purposes.
Camera
Access is requested exclusively to scan the QR Code of service providers, enabling clients to reach a provider's profile directly.
Photos and files
Used to attach documents, powers of attorney, and case-related images within chats and official requests.
Right to deletion
"Delete Account" permanently removes all associated personal data from our active records, per statutory periods.
Terms of Use and Obligations
- Data accuracy — Users must provide accurate information and official documents; they bear full legal responsibility for any misleading information.
- Lawful use — It is prohibited to use the application for any purposes that violate the judicial systems in KSA or public morals.
- Professional confidentiality — The platform provides a secure technical environment for exchanging files and conversations between the client and the lawyer to ensure professional privacy.
Financial Policy and Commission
- Commission rate — Al-Rashidun (represented by Rasheed App) is entitled to a commission of 20% (Twenty Percent) of the value of any contract, consultation, or legal service performed through or because of the application.
- Collection — This commission is a debt due from the user (Client/Provider) immediately upon agreement. This right is not waived if payment is made outside the platform.
- Financial evasion — Any attempt to agree outside the platform to evade the commission is a violation. The app reserves the right to terminate the account permanently and pursue legal action for compensation.
Intellectual Property and Governing Law
- All content, trademarks, and software rights are exclusively owned by Rasheed.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
